Most of my books are 80,000 words or so when I complete the rough draft. This one was 104,000, and I STILL felt like I could write more for them. I have still thought about their story every day since I typed “the end.” I still haven’t started Daddy P’s book because I’m in my Jax & Grace era. Steiner likes to write about what it feels to have your heart broken and to fall in love in addition to everything that comes in between those two states. She loves writing new adult romances, as she believes that much self discovery when it comes to romance comes during the ages of 18-30.

But the closer we get on the road and the farther we get from reality, the less those warning signs from my brother seem to deter him. When Kandi isn’t writing, you can find her reading books of all kinds, planning her next adventure, or pole dancing (yes, you read that right). She enjoys live music, traveling, hiking, yoga, playing with her fur babies and soaking up the sweetness of life.

It was not long before the school principal got wind of her exploits and put a stop to the paper, even though she fought tooth and nail for freedom of the press for herself.She knew she was destined to be an author from a very young age when she read the first installment of “Harry Potter” in the 4th grade. When Kandi was in the 6th grade she penned the articles, and edited her own newspaper, after which she proceeded to distribute copies to her classmates. This book is a love letter to the weirdos. This is for the ones who love adventure and falling hard, who melt not at the sight of a hot athlete with abs (although that’s nice, too), but at the thought of a man understanding them so completely that they can anticipate your needs before you even say them.
