Good adhesion to nearly all common building materials including metal, masonry, treated wood and plastic etc. The Soudal Window System - SWS® is a combination of several products which provide a long lasting weather tight seal between Windows & Doors and the building envelope. Soudal Acryrub SWS is an Airtight, Premium Quality, Highly Elastic Acrylic Polymer Sealant and Filler which is solvent free, virtually odourless and very easy to apply. Soudal Acryrub SWS is part of the ‘Soudal Window Systems’ - SWS. Soudal Acryrub SWS is suitable for use in joints with movement of up to 25%. Soudal Soudaseal 215LM Soudaseal 215LM is paintable with all water-based paints and has excellent weathering resistance in all climates. Easy to apply, even at low temperatures.

What is Soudal Window System (SWS)? Soudaseal 215 LM sealant is a part of the Soudal Window System (SWS), which provides a weather resistant, airtight and insulated seal between window and door frames and their building structure. While Soudaseal 215 LM offers weather and wind protection on the outside, Acryrub SWS gives airtightness and damp protection on the inside, and Soadafoam SWS provides thermal and acoustic insulation in between. SWS can be used for new build, or renovations, and is compatible with all types of frame materials. Applications of Soudaseal 215LM Sealant Soudal Soudaseal 215LM high-quality, low modulus hybrid polymer sealant is a great choice for all your construction and industrial sealing applications. Use it for sealing around door or window frames, roofline and pipework, as well as for building expansion and connection joints plus a multitude of general maintenance and sealing tasks. Soudaseal 215LM may be overpainted with water based paints, however due to the large number of paints and varnishes available we strongly suggest a compatibility test before application.

SWS® has been independently tested in various setups. A typical system set-up is Soudaseal 215LM providing the flexible sealant on the exterior of the building with Soudafoam Window & Door SWS Expanding Foam providing the thermal and acoustic insulation element and Acryrub SWS as the flexible Paintable Sealant on the interior of the joint. Soudaseal 215LM is suitable for sealing on natural stone on condition the joint dimensions and joint movement are respected. Avoid permanent pressure on the sealant.

Tool sealant with Soudaglatt Smoothing Tool for a smooth finish. Soudal Soudaseal 215LM is odourless and has an extended open time compared to silicones to allow longer tooling of product. Soudal Soudaseal 215LM is a 1-component, moisture-curing, low-modulus elastic joint sealant. Soudaseal 215LM is designed for the elastic joint sealing and waterproofing of movement and connection joints in buildings. Due to its very low modulus, it is also suitable for EIFS Facades.When applying, make sure not to spill any sealant on the surface of materials. Taping the surface around the joint can prevent this. All smooth surfaces can be treated with Soudal Surface Activator. Porous surfaces in water loaded applications should be primed with Soudal Primer 150.
