Browns everything nicely, i did 2 chicken breasts last night, i think it took 10 min, prob next time a min or 2 less, browned nicely. I have a gas oven and could not find exact measurement but it takes approximately 1 hr to bake chicken thighs at 200°C.It takes less counter space, it looks gorgeous and the heat goes up which is better for us (the cuisinart expelled heat through the back and melted our blinds).
