They’ve made huge strides to be as sustainable as we possibly can be - with their distillery powered entirely by renewable energy - but this would mean nothing if they weren’t producing a world class vodka. With hints of vanilla, caramel and fennel, this delectable tipple can be mixed in a cocktail or simply served ice-cold in a chilled glass.

This Cornish vodka has won the prestigious double gold medal for two consecutive years at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2020 and 2021. Aval Dor Vodka is brought to us from Colwith farm, where they grow various different crops, in particular potatoes! Having grown up by the coast, with salt in the air and being surrounded by a plethora of craft Cornish products we have been inspired to create something of our own which encompasses us and our county. Cornish seaberries harvested just two miles from the Colwith distillery are gently infused into a sweet and creamy potato vodka to produce this exotic flavoured tipple.
