The Sesh earbuds feature a simple but convenient design, where the control button spans the surface of each earpiece. This is easy to spot, as it’s where the Skullcandy logo is printed. Remove your Jib™ True earbuds from the charging case and Manually Power them OFF, by touching and holding the button on BOTH buds for 4 seconds Wondering how to reset your Vinyl earbuds? The primary step is the same as all the other models–just press the control button. In the Vinyl earbuds, this button spans the surface of the earpiece. You will be able to listen up to 30+ feet (10+ meters) away from your paired device, though your connection experience may vary based on your environment.
When charging the device, we recommend using a cable, charger, or outlet with a power output that does not exceed 18-Watt (5 Volts/3.6amps). Jib™ True has stereo calling and streaming so you’ll always hear the caller or your content in both ears.
The Skullcandy Jib True are mediocre-sounding earbuds. The tonality is focused heavily on the low-end, which is typical for budget audio products. There is up to 6 hours of play time in the ear buds, and up to 16 hours in the case, allowing up to 22 Hours of total play time. Now that your earbuds are successfully paired, you can enjoy untethered audio experiences. Whether you’re going for a run, working from home, or simply relaxing, the Jib True Wireless Earbuds offer high-quality sound and convenience. For the Push Wireless, this is situated just beside the Skullcandy logo on the earpiece. For the Push Ultra, this is the button where the Skullcandy logo is printed. Meanwhile, the control button is placed on the inner side of each earpiece for the Push Active.

For the optimal Mono Mode functionality, first Power ON and pair your buds to your device normally or as described in our troubleshooting section. This will ensure the seamless transition between Stereo and Mono modes. Although, you do have the option to use only one earbud (left or right side) if you prefer Mono Mode in some situations. The LEFT and RIGHT side earbud can be your master earbud, so either bud can be used in Mono Mode (one earbud listening).
Phone calls were also very clear. Each earbud has a microphone in it, which helps. There was some warbling, particularly in hearing a phone ring, which is more about the Bluetooth connection. But people could hear me cleanly and I could hear them. That's what I call a workable solution. That connection is more noticeable while watching a movie on a computer. There I did, occasionally, see a bit of a lag around dialog. But this happened only once in awhile, and it was far from the lag I've seen on far more expensive earbuds.The color of the LED on the outer ring should turn from red to blue, then finally, to green. This will indicate that the reset has been completed, and the earbuds are ready to pair again.
Allow the earbuds to charge for the recommended time. Typically, it will take around 1-2 hours to fully charge the earbuds. Take out both earbuds from your charging case and wait for the voice prompt stating the earbuds are on. The Jib True weigh no more than five grams per side, which is conducive to a comfortable, long-lasting fit that also provides enough stability for a short sprint. However, the design is neither flat nor slim, so the casing of these in-ears means they protrude significantly from the ear, which prevents you from wearing a cap or lying on your side, for example. But an advantage of these robust-looking earpieces is that they are protected from weather-related moisture thanks to their water resistance. The Jib True had reliable connectivity during testing. There were no recorded audio drops or pairing issues observed during testing. The Skullcandy Grind earbuds are similar in design to the Sesh earbuds. As with the Sesh, the control button is found at the earpiece, made distinguishable by the Skullcandy logo. You will also need to press this same button to reset your earbuds.The bass response is heavy-handed, with a rather large dose of bass boost applied across the low-end, making the bass boomy and overwhelming. It's a more quantity over quality approach, and you don't get any nuance in the bass notes; just lots of it to give a rumble and boom to everything you listen. Once the earbuds are in pairing mode, they are ready to be discovered by your device. Keep the earbuds in pairing mode as you proceed to the next step of the pairing process.
